Our kids loved the pools, especially the one with the octopus slide. The daily breakfast, along with the thoughtful touches for children in our room, made our stay good.

Located in 4 miles from Medieval City. All in all really enjoyable stay. Pezouli greek restaurant, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. A bathtub and bathrobes was a plus.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Pleasant staff, amazing views of the ocean, everything is good. Its location is good adjacent to venue-restaurant as well as bars and restaurants. The apartment is luxury and new-fashioned.

good hotel. Was booked in another hotel nearby and was not very satisfied. As my flight was delayed and had to stay in Rhodes for an extra night I decided to give Sun Beach a try and was so glad to do this. Very warm staff and good facilities.
internet should be offered for free. Reception area was a bit old fashioned but for the price paid this did not bother me at all. Rooms are renovated.

Peaceful location.Nice, quiet rooms. Very good breakfast
The hotel was quite far from the Rodos town, where all the action happens.. at the end of the season there was not too much choises in Ialyssos. The hotel consists of Sun Beach One and Sun Beach two. In Sun Beach two the stuff was very nice and helpful, but in Sun Beach Two they were very rude and didn't want to help the customers. Hotel was supposed to have a sauna and jaguzzi, but the very unpleasant, older male receptionist just said that both of them are broken. I asked if anywhere in town is another sauna/spa/hamam; he's answer was "No, I don't know". From the internet I found plenty of choises. How can this man work tourists? The woman in the lobbybat in Sun Beach two was also very rude. Luckily we didn't have to stay in that building.

great amenities but needs dining improvement
The pools were plentiful, with a nice mix for adults and kids. Our Kids Suite Apartment had thoughtful touches for our child, like a coloring book and plastic kitchenware. The beach access was fantastic, with a lovely sea view to enjoy. The little train stop nearby was a good experience for our family, great to explore the area easily.
The dining options lacked variety and some meals were just okay, especially desserts.

Perfect place overall, it is tidy, location is beautiful to the bus stop which takes you into Rodos town- all buses. They offer neat, pleasantly decorated rooms with wine and a balcony plus 1 bedroom. The staff is fantastically friendly and excellent, an absolute asset to this the place.

The beakfast restaurant staff tried to make You feeling that you were welcome even if the variety of the food was poor
If You are a frequent traveler and stayed in many four stars hotel, please do not be suggested by the number of stars. The hotel deserves at the highest two! Why? !.No hygienic supplies (shampoo, shower cream) only one set upon the arrival then you should buy if you wish more. Arrogant front desk staff (suspecting you that You change beach towel more often than you are allowed to). Cleaning staff swapping rubbish under the bed. Small areas of the bathroom were not cleaned during our whole stay (two weeks). Problem with big cockroaches, it was impossible to get rid of them.

We enjoyed the fantastic family-friendly facilities, especially the Kids Services Department with our grown kids with plenty of activities, from movie nights to outdoor adventures. The variety of pools was great, and the evening entertainment kept everyone engaged and happy.
My kids wished for the pool area to have better safety measures, as the wet floors could be dangerous, causing slips. It would be great if they improved this aspect to make it safer for families.

Nice day activities and evning shows for children. Friendly staff.
Paying 16€ extra for using the safebox that already was installed in the rum felt quite wrong and besides the safebox could be locked with a small and very usual key that any thief could open in seconds. No luggage storage/ handling vid check-out. The facility for shower and changing cloth after check-out was not very fresh.

The three pool areas were splendid and allowed for both relaxation and activities.
The food quality at the dinner buffet did not meet expectations and was lackluster compared to local restaurants.

Close to the beach and Windsurfing bases (if they are open - we were at the end of October and they were closed so we had to go further down the beach to rent the equipment)
For the breakfests were a lot of things available, but all of them rather of poor quality.
